New Song Community Church has a plan for you that is simple.
We desire for every person in our community to worship with us and become a Christian. Once they have, we want them to get baptized, join a small group, volunteer to serve, become a member, embrace leadership, and live generous.
We know it's easy to ask you to sign up to serve. But, it's another thing to take the next step. So, at New Song, there's two ways to step into serving.
Serve in an existing ministry.
As you get more involved and connected into the ministry of New Song, you will notice there are lots of things to do and volunteers are always needed! You may think you aren't needed, but you are! Worship, outreach, sunday school, student ministry, connections, prayer, care, teaching, hospitality, administration, facilities, etc. are all areas of needed volunteers.
Start a new ministry.
As you get more involved and connected into the ministry of New Song, you may notice that there are needs for new ministries, of which, you may have a gift or talent to get it off the ground. We encourage you to contact us and help us to create this new ministry. We're happy to help you, support you, and recruit volunteers for you. This is even true if the new ministry is outside our church.
If you don't know what your Spiritual gifts and talents are, take time to fill out a Spiritual gifts test/assement here. Once you find out the results, let us know!
