Pastor Tutwiler is currently serving as Pastor at New Song Community Church.
He has been married to Lyn for 40 years, blessed with 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
He has served as a parish pastor in the LCMS since 1982, having served congregations in Norwalk, CT, Itasca, IL, McKinney, TX, and Aurora, IL.
He also currently also work part time as a consultant with LCEF.
